"Checkout was okay, just a bit slow"
I placed my order during my lunch break while I was half-watching the weather outside, and the checkout did go through in the end. It was just a little slow, and I had to reload the page once, which was kind of annoying. Nothing awful or anything, but not the smoothest experience. Hopefully the order arrives fine.

"Honestly, not much pulling me back"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, i just don’t feel like there’s much reason to keep coming back. The rewards didn’t really add up to anything worthwhile, and the shipping still felt expensive both times.

My order got processed way quicker than I thought it would. I got the update fast too, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was happening. Everything seemed to move along smoothly from what I could tell, which is always nice when ordering stuff like this online. No problems on my end, and I was happy with how fast it all went

"Pretty trustworthy site overall"
I mean, I’ve ordered from Chalice Collectibles a couple of times now, and my experience has been solid overall. Everything showed up packed well, and the items looked the same as they did on the site, which is really all I’m hoping for with collectible stuff.
One of my orders did take a little longer to ship than I expected, and I wish the updates were a bit clearer, but it never felt shady or anything. I’d shop with them again for sure, just probably not if I needed something to arrive super quickly

"Good promo deal, but still a bit disappointed"
I used a discount code during one of their sales and saved more than I expected. Checkout was simple, and my order showed up packed just fine. I was a little disappointed overall though, because without the promo it wouldn’t have felt like that great of a deal.

"I thought this limited edition figure…"
I thought this limited edition figure had vanished from the face of the earth because it was sold out almost everywhere else. Then I found it here, and yes, I may have had a small victory moment. The price was decent, and while shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, it showed up safe and sound. In the end, the quest was worth it. Happy overall

"Handled the damaged box really well"
One of my figures arrived with the box banged up, which was a little disappointing. I’m guessing it probably got knocked around during shipping, but who knows. I emailed them with a few pictures, and they replied faster than I thought they would. They sent out a replacement without making it a whole ordeal, which I really appreciated. It took a few days to show up, but the new one arrived in much better shape. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Good spot for hard-to-find exclusives"
I ordered from Chalice Collectibles because they had a couple of exclusives I couldn’t find anywhere else. Since checkout was quick and easy, the whole order felt hassle-free. Everything arrived in good shape too, so I’m happy with how it turned out. I’ll probably check them again next time I’m looking for harder-to-find stuff.

I had a little issue where my order confirmation didn’t show up right away, so I ended up emailing them just to make sure everything actually went through.
Customer service got back to me the next day with the tracking info and let me know my order was all good. It wasn’t an instant reply... but it was reasonable, and the message felt like it came from a real person.
I’m only taking off one star because I do wish that first email had come a bit sooner. Still, they sorted it out, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again...

"Legit order, no issues"
I was a little worried I might end up with fake stuff, which would’ve been an avoidable headache, but everything in my order looked legit. No knockoffs, no weird packaging, just exactly what I expected.

"It Got Here Eventually"
I ordered from Chalice Collectibles and, you know, everything was totally fine... mostly. The shipping wasn’t exactly fast, and the tracking updates were kind of slow, but the package did show up in the end. It arrived in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much. I just would’ve liked it to move a bit quicker or at least have clearer updates along the way. Overall, average experience.

I’ve ordered from Chalice Collectibles a couple times now, and overall it’s been fine. Some of the prices seem fair, but then other things feel a little higher than I expected, especially once that shipping gets added on. It’s not a bad shop or anything like that, just not always the cheapest place to buy from. I still take a look there when I’m trying to find certain pops or that one specific thing I can’t find elsewhere...

The website was simple enough to look around, and checkout went through without any issues. A few pages were a little slow to load, and the filters could use some work, but I still found what I needed without too much hassle. Something about it was just straightforward, so overall it was a good experience.

"My box showed up completely crushed…"
My box showed up completely crushed, my first thought was, how is this okay? I reached out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me. They did end up giving me a partial refund, which I appreciate, but the whole thing was still really annoying.
